We understand navigating your first visit with a new doctor can be intimidating. Whether you are visiting our Back Express Walk-in Clinic or have an appointment with Dr. Bruce Witmer, our goal is to make your first experience as smooth as possible.
What can I expect during my first visit?

Provide reception your valid photo ID & insurance card

Initial payment is required at check-in

Our Medical Assistant will go over your medical history & medication list

You will then meet with Dr. Witmer or our Advanced Nurse Practitioner. They will discuss your history & review any recent images of your injury.

If your X-rays are older than 6-months at the time of your visit or none are available, new images may be ordered at the time of your visit.

An individualized recommended course of treatment will be discussed with you during your visit.
